OSAF ONOC Joint Program Example Developing a National Sailing System ISAF Tech Officials courses for Coaches & RO’s – ONOC Development of National Sports System (Sailing) – Integrated into an OSAF/ONOC DNSS Continental Program managed by Regional Sports Federation – 3 components to the Joint Program 1. Opens at Continental Champs ( 1 week in lead up) 2. Delivered In-country specific content ( 12 to 25 weeks) 3. Presentations & Publication at OSAF/ONOC Annual Conference Benefits – ISAF programs + ONOC support + targetted MNA’s Outcomes – 1 week Oceania Technical Course + 12week in- country intensive system role out + Agenda focus at Annual Conference Workshop
