13. Prior to joining Tiger TV, each student must go through an application process.

14. Students select jobs they would like to audition for and must select tech positions also.

15. Students then sign contracts for each position they are assigned.

16. Two schedules are created for each production company. The schedules are rotated weekly.

18. The students complete a “post- mortem”of their show each day. This enables them to critique and improve their performance.

19. This is the grading scale/rubric used. The grade is determined by a show of hands.
