Total duration of the works 4 weeks. Phase of the works with major impact on users: at least 7 days for power lines and 2 days for OF. Can be longer, in case of adverse climatic conditions. Delays might impact accelerators planning. During EYETS, these works present bigger risks Cryogenics for sector 1-2 in service, but can be resupplied Works will be done by powering off in two stages (power line 1 first, then 2/3/4/5/6) Intervention period to be defined by HL-LHC project + LHC coordination + SM18 coordination: For fibres optics services interruptions for 2 days simultaneous interruption of all services BA6/BA7/PM18 underground no access during power off for at least 7 days Other EL activities planned for EYETS, priority to be defined (other activities already planned to be dropped) EL recommends to execute these works during LS2, if necessary
