Why do we go on the Year 6 Residential? Seale-Hayne Manor Accommodation just outside Newton Abbot A charitable/educational trust on a large site with play/recreation opportunities

Accommodation and Food Children will be in rooms of two with standard single beds. Hot and cold options for breakfast, a packed lunch and hot dinners. Allergies and dietary requirements will be catered for.

Travel Travel with Abbot Coach Travel, a Devon- based company. Trained drivers with detailed knowledge of the roads and local traffic flow We will not have to pay for accommodation for the drivers http://www.abbotcoach.com

Plymouth The Barbican Plymouth Hoe Smeaton’s Tower

Living Coasts A guided tour of all the species at the centre with a specific focus on habitats A camouflage and self defence workshop Lunch at Seal Cove or the penguin amphitheatre

Exeter Cathedral An opportunity to visit one of Britain’s most spectacular places of worship A guided tour focussing on Christian pilgrimage and the expression of faith through art Pupils will create a stained glass window

@Bristol An innovative and imaginative Science Museum with interactive displays Data Heads workshop.

Cost and Bursaries The total coast of the trip is £277. This covers accommodation, travel, insurance, food and all entrance/activities. Families in special circumstances should approach Mr Browne or Ms Theaker as soon as possible to discuss payment/funding.
