Importance Patient health outcomes are directly tied to the stress a patient feels and experiences after a procedure The higher the stress on a healing patient the longer the healing process with decreased positive patient outcomes The CHBA will directly benefit the patient by alleviating significant stress that would otherwise be realized in the healing process in dealing with HO bills, directly contributing to increases positive patient outcomes and decreased healing times.
