7  We wanted to log visits made to clients home  We asked Novalarm to develop module for UMO:  Easy to use – simple telephone call  Confirms carers attendance  Confirms length of care visit  Can confirm the type of visit  Timesheet for carer  Log of calls per client Visits Registration

8  We wanted to make staff training easier  We talked to Novalarm :  TSA – Thou shalt monitor six calls per operator per month......  Built-in voice recording attached to call record  Operators can access own call recordings… instantly  Managers access all calls  Separate training database – training does not affect main system stats or client records Training

9 Procedures on screen  UMO was adapted to show related procedures onscreen :
