2. Transport Coach Transfer / Flights Coach transfer from school: Saturday Nov. 26 th. DEPART 12:00 Manchester to Rome: Saturday Nov. 26 th DEPART 17:45 Rome to Newcastle: Wednesday November 30 th DEPART 10:35 – ARRIVE 12:30 Coach transfer from airport: Wednesday Nov. 30 th. ARRIVE SCHOOL 15:00

3. Journey For the trip the children will be provided with a hoodie and a hat so that they are easily recognisable. You will need a rucksack to take on board and a suitcase for the hold. Your suitcase allowance is 20KG Your rucksack allowance is a small rucksack Luggage needs to be clearly labelled with the luggage tags and the return labels need to be packed into the suitcase ready for us to attach on the way back.

4. Insurance The trip will be covered by South Tyneside LA insurance. Personal items need to be covered by your own travel insurance. We need the name of the company and the policy number.

5. Accommodation Hotel delle Muse First meal will be dinner on the Saturday evening. After this all breakfasts, packed lunches, evening meals are included in the price.

6. What we will be doing…. Rome City Centre The Vatican – including the weekly Papal Address The Colosseum The Catacombs The Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain The Zoo All of these trips are included in the price as well as using public transport.

7. Medical All medical needs must be explained on the medical forms. Any medication needs to be handed into school. Completion of a calpol/paracetamol sheet A first aid kit will be carried by the staff at all times.

8. Money… Children are allowed to bring ??? euros in spending money. This needs to be handed into school. They will not need any more….and may bring some back!!

9. Personal Belongings/Clothing No electrical games including nintendos, ipods, ipads, iphones are allowed. A camera per child to allow the children to record their memories – remember to pack the chargers or extra batteries – in the suitcase. A water bottle to be filled each day – with their name on it. A kit list will be issued nearer the time.

10. Keeping you posted During the week we will be using the texting service to let you know where we are. St.James will also be blogging Website No news is good news!!

11. By FRIDAY MAY 6 th. We need Completed form confirming your child’s participation on the trip with a non-refundable deposit of £100.
