6 Notification Media... Voice notification connects the caller to the support team member. When the support team member answers the call, they hear a recorded announcement which introduces the context of the call. They are prompted to confirm receipt of the call before being connected to the caller. SMS notification option allows organisations to receive an SMS notification at the conclusion of each call, that a Answer Me call has been received. The SMS message contains a phone link that when accessed, will play the recipient that Answer Me conversation. Email notification option allows organisations to receive a Email notification at the conclusion of the call, that a Answer Me call has been received. Each Email contains a recorded WAV file attachment of the Answer Me conversation.
