TECHNOLOGY OF ELECTRONIC EMERGENCY INSTRUCTION CREATION Agafonov D.V. Institute of Nuclear Energy (branch of Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University)
2
Principles of electronic emergency instruction creation Provision of detailed procedures and directions to operations staff for NPP status diagnostics and procedure step execution; Control of current procedure executing; Informational flexibility,high information density; Efficient access to EEI.
3
The principle: flexibility,high information density of EEI Standard graphic symbols application; Taking into consideration of human factor during video-frames elaboration: Provision of information to operator, according to defined particular problem; Integrated information provision (block- scheme, technological system scheme fragment, graphs, diagrams, indicators, common images).
4
EEI. Operations staff actions. Initial event determination; Selection of corresponding EEI; Step-by-step execution of EEI; Control of plant safety levels integrity ; Monitoring of NPP response for control actions; Skip to INMO.
5
Technology of EEI creation Draft EEI elaboration (designing of block-scheme and fragments of technological systems, calculated and measured factors determination and ways of its provision to operator); Creation of base date of standard graphical elements of plant technological equipment; Creation of EEI video frames; Creation of EEI software; EEI debugging and testing;
6
CONCLUSION Technology and principles of EEI creation were elaborated. Electronic instruction s have to supply with efficient support for operators at incidents. One computer at operator’s work place is enough to perform EEI at operating NPP. Computer connection to data processing system is realized with standard connection links. Referred above technology can be applied to create start-up, normal mode, maintenance electronic instructions.
