The Great Wall of China The Great Wall of China was built over 2000 years ago by Qin Shi Huangdi, the first emperor of China during the Qin (Ch'in) Dynasty (221 B.C - 206 B.C.). It is one of the biggest building construction plans ever finished. Home

Interesting Facts. The Wall reaches as far as the mountains of northern China, spiraling north and northwest of Beijing. It was built with masonry, rocks and packed-earth. It is approximately 2,400 kilometers (1,500 miles) long. Home
