Cape Town, the legislative capital, Petoria, the administrative capital, and Bloemfontein, the judicial capital. In 1993, South Africa adopted and temporary constitution which followed the all-race elections. In 1996, a new constitution was in place.

Transportation South Africa is known to have the best transportation system in Africa Paved roads across most of the country Some families have atleast one automobile Some rely on buses and trains Has the largest railroad system Many airlines that provide domestic and international service. Has large and well equipped seaports

Many areas have a shortage of schools. All children from 7-15 are required to attend school. South Africa has about 20 universities.
