About the Company “Omega Telecom” was founded in 2012. Initially it included: Assets of NPK “Budremkompleks”: 700 km FOCL in Kiev and regional centers in Ukraine Datacenter in Kiev (total area - 750 m 2 ) Data transmission network (total length 12200 km) Omega Telecom

Data transmission network “Omega Telecom” History In 1995 Private Joint-Stock Company “Ukrainian Radiosystems” was founded with the purpose of promotion of cutting-edge telecommunication technologies to the Ukrainian market On October 1, 1998 “Ukrainian Radiosystems” started commercial exploitation of the network. Services were provided under the TM WellCOM In 2005 “URS” becomes a part of a group of companies “Vimpel-Communications”, offering mobile services under the brand Beeline Omega Telecom

Data transmission network “Omega Telecom” History In 2010 “Vimpel-Communications” (“VimpelCom”) supported the decision of the main shareholders of the company (Telenor and Altimo) to merge companies “VimpelCom” and “Kyivstar” into a holding company “VimpelCom Ltd.” 2010 – 2011. Transferring customers from Beeline network to Kyivstar network took place On April 3, 2012 the announcement about the termination of services of “Ukrainian Radiosystems” was posted on the official web-site of the provider (operator) Omega Telecom

Data transmission network “Omega Telecom” History In October 2012 “Kyivstar” acquired 100% of shares of “Ukrainian Radiosystems” In February 2013 “Omega Telecom”, Ltd purchased Telecommunication Backbone Transmission Network of “Ukrainian Radiosystems”. This network included more than 12200 km of fiber optic cables, 160 regeneration points and communication centers, and 7 international crossings. Omega Telecom
