9. Joint Direct Attack Munistions (JDAM) JDAM is a guidance kit that converts unguided bombs into all-weather smart munitions. The guidance mostly used inertial guidance system and GPS guidance control unit, with laser-guided system and imaging infrared as optional. JDAM can be loaded into F-15, F-16, and F-18.
