Issues Pace of implementation needs to be expedited. Completion of Batch-I projects by March, 2016. Unspent Balance needs to be addressed. Convergence IWMP with similar schemes needs to be ensured. Third Party concurrent monitoring and evaluation agency to be in place at the earliest in Kerala & Tamil Nadu Ensure timely furnishing of evaluation reports along with ATRs. Upload data on Bhuvan portal. Complete registration of agencies in PFMS. Online Monthly Progress Report (MPR) is to be updated regularly. Online data entry for IWMP MIS should be completed and updated regularly. Submission requisite documents to DoLR in respect of completed/Foreclosed DPAP/DDP/IWDP projects.
