Data Entry Initial Verification NO Photo Matching Case Result The employer enters the employee’s Form I-9 information, including driver’s license (DL) data VIS performs automated check against SSA, DHS, and MVA records Photo matching is not currently part of the RIDE enhancement, but verification of photos may be explored for future implementations Employer receives a case result of Employment Authorized or tentative nonconfirmation (TNC)

At no point do we ever show the employer any information from the jurisdiction record. What is RIDE?

The employer will only receive an “Employment Authorized” response or a prompt to have the employee contact DHS if there’s a mismatch. What is RIDE?
