Personal Learning Environments It is a new approach that is given to the way we learn, students must now take control of their own learning, self-employed persons should be able to deconstruct and create their own knowledge. As we know the technology is changing so fastly, so it is very important that we are in a constant change to adapt to new technologies and in turn benefit from this because in the learning environment it is always very helpful.

The F Shape Project is focus on flexible learning solutions to fit the needs of adult learners and work life. as I said now the learners need to be more active because is not sufficient just be there to find information, now we need to construct knowledge and share with other learners. also teacher become on facilitators, coach or guide in this process. We can not forget the learning theories as the constructivism or connectivism that linked whit this new way of learning because now as constructivism says we need to construct our own knowledge and we need to take advantage at the technology we have as connectivism talks about.

Conclusion In brief, nowadays we can not see the life without technology because it has been growing with us through the past of the years and I can even say that is bigger than us. However thanks to these new methods we can improve our learning skills, we do not need someone that tells us what are we going to search or something like that because we can learn and apply it by ourselves; nevertheless, teachers are like coaches and if we need help I think they are able to help us. I think it is important to know how to use it for improving our knowledge.
