Obedience is an act or quality of being obedient Willingness to do what someone tells you to do or to follow a law, rule, command… Synonyms: submit, comply, heed, surrender, conform, observe, trust… Antonyms: desobey, defy, rebel, ignore, disregard, dismiss, transgress, violate 

4 Bible definition To hear God's Word and act accordingly.
