FHA Training Module 4 Objectives Learn how to register as a Lender Admin. Discuss the EAD Lender Admin role and responsibilities. Use the EAD to perform Lender Admin functions.

FHA Training Module 5 Lender Admin FHA approved Lender Admin role, who: ―Must complete registration with FHA; ―Must contact application coordinator in FHA Connection (FHAC) to get authorization for the Lender Administrative Role; and ―Register in EAD.

FHA Training Module 6 Additional Lender Admins We recommend that lenders have more than one designated Lender Admin to: ―Assist with Lender Administrative responsibilities. ―Serve as back-up for the other Lender Admins. Each additional Lender Admin MUST: ―Complete registration with FHA. ―Contact the application coordinator in FHAC to get authorization for the Lender Administrative Role. ―Register in EAD.

FHA Training Module 7 Two Part Lender Admin Registration The FHA Registration - The Lender Admin establishes a relationship with FHAC and obtains FHA Authorization for EAD Lender Admin Role. The EAD Registration and Linkage - The Lender Admin establishes a relationship within EAD and provides FHA credentials to complete the link, thus establishing the ability to submit appraisals to FHA through EAD.

FHA Training Module 8 Lender Admin FHA Registration To use the FHA EAD portal, the Lender Admin must: – Have an FHAC user ID. – Contact their FHAC Application Coordinator and request authorization for the Administrator role for the Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) Portal Application. – Retrieve their ‘Appraisal Portal One Time Key’ for EAD from the FHAC User Profile screen found on the ID Maintenance menu. The ‘Appraisal Portal One Time Key’ will be used during the initial log in process with EAD. The key will authorize and complete the linkage between EAD and FHAC.

FHA Training Module 9 Lender Admin EAD Registration and Linkage Locate your registration email from ead-noreply@veros.com and complete the registration process. Email Sent to “Invited” Lender Admin Hyperlink to EAD

FHA Training Module 10 Self-Registration for EAD Complete all required entry fields: *First Name, *Last Name, *Preferred User ID, *Retype Preferred User ID *Password and *Retype Password. Click Create.

FHA Training Module 11 Email Address Validation Request EAD-system generated email asking you to validate the email address.

FHA Training Module 12 EAD Terms and Conditions Page The first time you log into EAD, the system directs you to the Terms and Conditions page. If your agree, Click I Accept.

FHA Training Module 13 Challenge Response Questions Page Select three Challenge Response Questions that are used in the event your password needs to be reset.

FHA Training Module 14 Create Business Unit Page As the Lender Admin, you are requested to create a Business Unit for your organization. Click “click here to create Business Unit”.

FHA Training Module 15 EAD Linkage The FHAC sends FHA EAD Authorization Code. Enter the FHAC Appraisal Portal One Time Key into the FHA EAD Authorization Code. Click Submit. This concludes the Lender Admin Registration Process.

FHA Training Module 16 FHA EAD Authorization Code Error All EAD Administrators must have an active FHA Connection ID with the EAD Administrator role assigned. You must sign into FHA Connection (FHAC) at least once every 90 days, otherwise your FHA Connection ID will be terminated and you will not be able to access the EAD portal. Contact your FHAC coordinator to reactivate your FHA Connection ID. Once your FHAC coordinator has reactivated your FHA Connection ID, you will be able to access EAD the next business day. When you sign on you will need to re-enter your original authorization information again and complete the registration information.

FHA Training Module 17 FHA Lender Admin Role The Lender Admin can perform all the functions of a Lender User. These functions are detailed in the Lender User training. ―Submit appraisals. ―Search for appraisal data files. ―View & edit existing data files. ―Upload corrected appraisal data files. ―Set up and review reports. ―Request overrides. ―Manage user profile. ―Complete account self- care tasks.

FHA Training Module 18 Lender Admin Role Responsibilities Functionality available ONLY to Lender Admin: ―Set up Business Unit structure; ―Add users and invite Lender Agents; and ―Manage users and Lender Agents.

FHA Training Module 19 Lender Agents Lender Agents are contracted to upload appraisals into EAD on behalf of the lender. Lender Agents are not independent fee appraisers. Once invited, Lender Agents are administrators for their organization. If not already registered in EAD, the agent relationship is initiated by a Lender Admin using Veros website. ― www.veros.comwww.veros.com

FHA Training Module 21 Refresh Tip The refresh button is located at the top of the left menu bar.

FHA Training Module 22 Left Navigation Bar Primary/Parent Business Unit contains: ―Users; ―Lender IDs; ―Relationships (Lender Agent); and ―Business units (referred to as subordinate or child). Each created child business unit contains the same components as the parent business unit.
