2. Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Autodrom Most Circuit, October 6 th, 2015 Benet Automotive s.r.o. company is proudly presenting the project of circuit racing series, Octavia Cup. This project aims to continue in footsteps of its predecessor by offering a high-value sports event that is not only interesting for the wide public, but also helps young talented drivers to enter the world of motorsport. Cup racing has very strong roots in the Czech Republic, especially when it comes to the Česká pojišťovna – Škoda Octavia Cup series, which was considered among some of the most successful racing series not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the Europe. More than 120 drivers participated in the races during the 12 years of its existence (1998 – 2010). During these years it has helped a number of drivers to kick-start their professional careers and helped them to achieve attractive contracts. Few names which come to mind are: Jan Kopecký, Adam Lacko, Petr Fulín, Štefan Rosina, Jiří Janák, Erik Janiš or Mateusz Lisowski. not only Czech drivers were involved, a number of young talented foreign drivers also participated (Poland, Croatia, Germany, Russia, Finland). 1

Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 There are a number of similar projects that exists in Europe. most of the young drivers that take part in these competitions are supported by the car manufacturers or importers themselves. The VW group currently runs the Seat Leon Cup, VW Golf Cup and Audi TT Cup. You may notice that Skoda brand which is very highly- regarded in motor sport, is missing and aims to fill the empty space in motor racing with the help of this project. Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Provisional Calendar 2016 29.-30.04.Hungaroring 28.-29.05.RedBullRing 17.-18.06.Most Circuit 20.-21.08.Slovakiaring 17.-18.09.Brno Circuit Participation Base condition for participation: 1. Filling and signing the entry form, 2. Paying the entry fee Competitor, driver and car shall be in accordance with the Sporting and Technical Regulations of the Octavia Cup. Ordering the car Advance payment of 50 % of the final price must be deposited by the moment of placing the binding order. date of car delivery to the costumer will be announced after the order confirmation 3

5. Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Price Price of the car according to the Technical specification is: 1,295,000 CZK. Entry fee Full season entry fee 100,000 CZK – deadline – the beginning of the March 2016 80,000 CZK - junior driver – deadline – the beginning of the March 2016 Full season entry fee includes 2 non-exclusive testing days in Autodrom Most Circuit. Race-by-race entry fee 30,000 CZK for one event 25,000 CZK - junior driver - for one event as a Junior driver is considered a driver who does not reach the age of 21 in the running season. 4

Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Event time schedule 1x free practice of 30 minutes (depends on the event organiser) 1x qualifying of 30 minutes 2x races (distance 55 - 70 km or duration 25 - 30 minutes) There will be standing start for both races, the grid for R1 will be made according to the results of the QP, the grid for R2 will be result of R1 with reverse order of the first 8 drivers of R1. There is a plan to have 2 day race weekend (depends on the event organiser). 5

7. Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Each car shall be allocated a maximum of 6 dry-weather tyres for Qualifying and the Races of the Event. At the first event, each car may be allocated no more than 2 additional dry-weather tyres. There is no limitation of wet-weather tyres during the Event. There will be prescribed uniform fuel for each Event. In the case of the low number of entries (11 cars or less), competitors of Octavia Cup will start together with TCR cars and Renault Clio IV cars. No reversed grid for r2 will be used in this eventuality. 6

Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Mechanisms for maintaining conformity of cars Before each season promoter organised testing day will be held at Autodrom Most Circuit, where the technical scrutineering before the season will be performed. The fundamental direction of technical scrutineering is implementation of non-destructive manner during performing the checks i.e. with minimal disassembly of large scale, which could mean increased costs, but with a maximum emphasis on maintaining conformity of race cars and fair play of the series. The checks will obviously exploit all the possibilities offered by software used in electronic control unit. 8

10. Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Prize money The winner of each season will be awarded by free full season entry fee for next season. The winner of 4-years Octavia Cup Project will win a new Skoda car. Presumed season costs One event Entry fee 20,000 CZK, tyres (6 pcs.) 42,000 CZK, service and preparing the car 80,000 CZK Total amount ca. 142,000 CZK Season 5 Events = 710,000 CZK All costs are supposing the ownership of the race car, full season entry. usual prices are used. costs do not cover any damages on the car. All costs are excluding vat. 9

Octavia Cup 2016 – 2019 Communication and Public Relations Internet There is established www.octaviacup.cz web presentation to promote series and its drivers. the principal activities will include communication with media and competitors, space for media coverage of individual drivers, teams and Cup partners. an account Octavia Cup will be created on YouTube page with video highlights of recent track action. communication via social networks and mutual sharing of content will represent additional elements.www.octaviacup.cz TV coverage - highlights video from each event will be produced and also brodcasted in TV. In addition to this communication partnerships with other printed and internet media will be started.
