It takes two days to build a site. Tools and processes for tracking many locations and City expectations. Extremely cumbersome and lengthy SLA process to attach

C ONFIDENTIAL & P ROPRIETARY S AN F RANCISCO – U NIQUE U NDER G ROUND D EPLOYMENT Contract with Pacific Gas & Electric (PGE) to access all available power conduit infrastructure Pull fiber directly over existing power for access all the way to the pole Conduit agreement with Municipality to pull from PGE structure direct to pole Cost per foot for open trench in SF- $400/foot + restoration Time to permit and deploy 100 miles open trench = 3 to 4 years in SF! Cost in PGE infrastructure - $90/foot Average time to deploy 100 miles of fiber in PGE = 8 months
