11. Objectives The virtual laboratory will be a legal association allowing the partners to construct an European laboratory with delocalised teams, sharing research projects, strategies, knowledge and resources, responsibilities, rights and duties, and able to contract with industry. VRL-KCiP

Example with the French Project Call PHC Siam 2012 – 2013 The Hubert Curien Siam partnership is managed in Thailand by: - the Ministry of Education, - the Research Fund - the National Science and Technology Development Agency, and in France by: - the Ministry of Foreign Office and European Affairs - the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The objectives are to develop the scientific and technologic exchanges based on excellence between the research laboratories from the two countries with a bonus to the new collaborations.
