Scheduling Skype for Business meetings is nearly identical to scheduling regular meetings: add people, a time, and instead of a room (or in addition to), add the Skype info.

Take a moment to… Open the Meeting tab in Outlook and find the Skype button Click on it to schedule a meeting and see if the links and info are in the meeting. (If not, contact your admin). You can delete this meeting.

You may not need to open the Meeting options, but they can help control larger meetings.
