16. CDPH - RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM - ADMINISTRATION Directs Part A program, including developing objectives, policies, and procedures. Oversees the development of grant applications, program reports, funding charts and statistical analyses. Provides overall direction for the implementation of the planning and evaluation processes for Ryan White Part A services.

17. CDPH - RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM - PROGRAM MONITORS Provide programmatic and fiscal monitoring to Ryan White delegate agencies. Provide technical assistance to address barriers to success Track expenditures, review reports and ensure agencies are in compliance with HRSA National Monitoring Standards.

18. CDPH - RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM – QUALITY MANAGEMENT Work with providers, CAHISC, and CDPH staff to establish and maintain quality management systems for monitoring program service delivery. Monitor implementation of Part A quality assurance and evaluation initiatives. Develop data collection tools and analyze data outcomes.

19. CDPH - RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM – DATA MANAGEMENT Provides statistical analysis of quarterly client level data, peer review site visit data and contract compliance visit data. Works with staff to determine data collection needs of agencies for fulfilling performance-based contracting and outcome measures. Assists agencies in fulfilling contract required data collection tasks, including client-level data collection.

20. Ryan White and CAHISC relationship Reviews demographic and statistical information on the trends in the Chicago EMA. Provides guidance to the CDPH on priority setting and resource allocation of Ryan White funding.
