Direct communication with ADIF Depositors may directly contact us via hot line– 941 which automatically may inform depositors about deposit insurance in 3 languages (Azerbaijan, Russian and English) During last year Call center have received 1500 calls During last month Call center have receive 450 calls due to the change in maximum coverage rate on protected deposits Depositors’ online and written questions addressed to ADIF are responded no later than 2 working days 5

Member Banks Stickers of ADIF have been placed to the front doors of all member banks’ head offices and branches All member banks have the certificate issued by ADIF which certifies the bank’s membership to the Fund The brief information about the protected deposits is included into all deposit contracts 7

Media and seminars Interviews concerning deposit insurance via mass media – TV and radio News and publications related with deposit insurance are published in newspapers and websites of news agencies ADIF’s employees hold trainings for the member banks' management staff on deposit insurance in bank training centers. 8

In 2015 ADIF will launch a short flash video which will give a brief information about the Deposit Insurance system in Azerbaijan ADIF will use effective marketing tool - marketing on a public transports in order to get the public’s attention more effectively 13 Future plans

ADIF will post the information about the maximum percent rate of protected deposit on advertisement sheets placed all over the country 14 Future plans

ADIF will launch SMS notification program which will send mobile messages including information about the current percentage rate for protected deposits, news about DIS, contact details of ADIF and etc. Mobile application that will help depositors to get information about their deposits will be launched 15 Future plans будущие планы
