2. Ben Carson’s Family When Ben was a kid his family was his brother Curtis, his mom Sonya, his dad, and him. But when Ben was little his dad had left and he had figured that his dad had a second family! Now Ben Carson Has is own family now his wife Candy, and his son Murphy.

3. About Ben Carson About Ben Carson There was a little boy name Ben Carson and he had a big dream of becoming a doctor. Bens roll model was his big brother Curtis. He graduated from high school and went to college at Yale. Candy got out of college him and Candy goy married.

4. Sonya Carson Sonya Carson is Ben mom. She is done the best she could for them. When she could have went to college she didn’t take that chance. So wants Ben and her oldest son Curtis. So she pushed them as hard as she could to make good grades.

5. Curtis Curtis is Bens older brother and is his friend. When Curtis was in high school he joined the ROTC too. When he graduated he join the Navy and when he came back he went to college.

6. Middle School When in middle school he struggled with his grades. When the teacher ask what he made he said a 100. But then the girl seating in front of him said he made a 3 on the test! The teacher noticed that he looked like he had trouble seeing. So his mom took him to get his eyes checked they figured out that he needed glasses. After he got glass his grades jumped. Now he was almost at the top of his class when he got out of middle school.

7. High School Once he got out of middle school he thought it would be as easy to be at the top of his class. In high school he joined the ROTC it put him right on track. Because he joined the ROTC late he would only be in there 5 years. When he was in the ROTC he had to wear a uniform 3 days a the 2 days he could where normal clothes. Near the end of high school he had made it up to lieutenant colonel.

8. At Yale When it was time to choose a college he picked Yale. He thought it would be as easy as high school but he was way off. Once he got there and classes had started he almost went crazy. Near the end of the year he was there he meet Candy. They fell in love and got married when Candy got out of Yale.

9. Miranda So far in the book he has had two patients. One was a eight year old girl name Miranda she had seizures ever three minutes and the seizures of one year old that occurred on the left side of her left side of her body. On the day of the surgery Ben was going to take half of her brain out.

10. Craig The other patient he has was Craig a 23 year old that has suffered scene he was born. His wife has been to everyone you can think of and they said there is nothing they could do. Then the found Ben Carson and done the surgery.
