31. 1. Land Purchasing :
Land was purchased on 02-Aug-2008 with the area of 70,800 sq.m in Minh Hung Korea Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc Province, South of Vietnam. 50% (35,400 sq.m) of total land will be used for additional 100 sewing lines. The other 50% (35,400 sq.m) will be used for Vina Yarn Dyed Fabric Mill for vertical conception of production to save time and costs of the future for our customers.

3rd phase: Vina Yarn Dyed Fabric Mill for warping, sizing, drawing and weaving and finishing next to C & K Vina will be started whenever China fabric price is hike up due to exchange rate evaluation in China is less than 6.2 RMB per one US$.
