Tests and Examinations - 2 tests and 2 exams in a year as scheduled in the school calendar - Notice will be distributed - report cards will be issued

Tests (Oct 04 and Apr 05) Four major subjects will be tested: - English - Chinese - Maths - General Studies

Exams ( Jan 05 and June 05) Apart from the four major subjects, cultural subjects will be examined. -Music -Physical Education -Visual Art IT and Elective Language are also be assessed.

School Rules and Regulations

Wear PE uniform with white rubber shoes for PE lessons & CCA lessons on Fridays. School Uniform Wear proper school uniform to school every day. Bring an extra pants and a small towel to school.

Punctuality Regular school hour – 8:25 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The school gate opens at 8:00 a.m. O n the first day come to school at 9:00 a.m. (For the first 3 days, the school dismisses at 12:10p.m.) Remedial/IRTP lessons end at 3:50 p.m. Be punctual. Check pupil’s late record.

Pupils’ Behaviour Read Notice 2 carefully and remind children about the rules regularly. Good behaviour – credits, high conduct marks & awards. Bad behaviour – warnings, low conduct marks & punishment.

The Handbook Complete the following records: 1.Particulars of Pupil (Change of Address- inform school within 7 working days) 2.Pupil’s State of Health. 3.Dismissal Method. Read through the handbook carefully. Check children’s handbook every day and sign the homework record. Check the disciplinary record as well. Absentees need to complete the leave record.

Valuables Don’t bring valuable belongings to school. Label all the belongings. Safeguard the belongings. Prepare the exact amount in an envelope with the child’s name and class on it.

The School bag Pack school bags according to the timetable

Dismissal Method Go to the classrooms using Staircase C ONLY. School gate opens at 2:55 p.m.. Wait for children of other classes in the basketball court.

Parent-Teacher Association All parents are natural members. PTA Notice 1 Subscription fee - $30 per family Services Donation Activities Education Day Tour Computer courses for parents etc.

The Textbook Assistance(TA) & The Cross-net Travel Subsidy(CTS) Schemes 1. Notice No. 4 2. Application Procedure - Fill in the application form and MAIL it to the Student Finance Assistance Agency (SFAA) direct. -SFAA will send you Eligibility Certificate (EC) to inform you your eligibility level. - Return the EC to the class teacher.

Lunch Arrangement Eating Time – From 12:10 p.m. to 12:45p.m. Recess Time – From 12:45 p.m. to 1:00p.m. Bring by pupils Bring by parents Order through school @ $12.00 per meal Important: Be punctual if parents bring lunch for your child Label all the utensils
