OBIS Specifics All users can see all projects Any user can create an issue in any project, and comment on an issue in any project Only task team / group members logged in with the group account can progress an issue through a workflow

Create An Issue Demonstration Raised By – Use TT User Name Issue Recorded By – Free Text Field for your name

Create An Issue Please complete the fields:- Description (detailed), Issue Type, Summary (title), Reporter (task team name), and Issue Raised By (your name)

Email Notification Emails are sent to the address associated with user account So in this case the task team email address Beware that all users of the task team will be notified (if you are on the mailing list). Mailing lists maintained by iOBIS Project Office (Ward & Mike)

Search For Issues Quick Search Issues > Search For Issues

Comment On An Issue

Watch an Issue Watch = Get Notifications By Email when changes are made User that creates an issue autoatically watches an issue (i.e. all members of task team are informed of changes)

Workflow an Issue Workflow defined by System Administrator Issues can only be moved between workflow steps by the account allocated by System admin (in this case the appropriate task team account).

Try it out with the Test Project All users can create and move issues through workflow steps
