Develop leaders among the youth, student volunteers and professionals who have express themselves to share their time, knowledge and skills for the Special Children 3. Educate the Community about the plight of orphaned children with Special needs, their lives, behaviour, and for them to contribute and be partners in the development of the Children’s talents and skills.
