About The Panelists Michael Loeters Michael, Vice President and Cyber Practice Leader at BFL CANADA providing insurance and risk advisory services to a wide range of industries over his 18 year career in the industry. BFL CANADA helps clients become resilient organizations through taking a strategic approach to insurance and risk management, and aligning themselves with their clients to enhance what they do. Michael has previous experience as the President of a technology company where he founded, grew and successfully sold the company to a US publicly traded firm. Michael also has background in technology and management consulting assisting companies in the alignment of their business and technology strategies, and as a Commercial Underwriter for Chubb Insurance Company of Canada. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University. Abhay Raman Abhay is currently the Canadian Cyber Security and Resilience Leader EY where he advises some of the largest corporations around the world on how to establish enterprise wide information security programs and solutions. He has lived and advised clients in the Americas, Spain, China, Korea, and Australia on information technology and security matters. Abhay is also responsible for evangelizing brand new security services to help secure Big Data, IoT, Cloud and mobile infrastructures. He has also served in interim executive roles and most recently served as the interim CIO for a GTA area hospital. Abhay has a Master’s degree in Engineering and has research and industry publications to his credit in the areas of Security, Identity and Access Management, NFC Security, Biomimetic and social media. Brian Anidjar Brian Anidjar is a Senior Manager in the Cyber Risk Services practice of Ernst & Young. He has extensive experience delivering complex Cybersecurity services across large enterprise environments. His Cybersecurity background includes IT security operations, threat analysis, threat intelligence, incident response, physical security, business continuity, security governance, security compliance and threat and risk assessments. Brian has held various leadership roles which have focused on service management, business development, solution design and people management. Brian has over 10 years of experience delivering security services to clients ranging SMB to large national/international organizations. His experience spans multiple sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Government and Retail.
