Customer requirements Cloud computing data mining services of Alibaba support data computing for mass services at the daemon of Taobao, the leading online consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplace in China. In 2010, Taobao had 0.37 billion registered users and provided 0.8 billion online products. At the same time, the transaction value of the business-to-consumer (B2C) service of online providers, such as Tmall, has quadrupled. The transaction value will keep the growth rate in the next couple of years. The daemon data volume is about 16.8 PB . Get to know Huawei products right now Intelligently configure products Easily create quotations Product Presents the latest Huawei products, updates product data in real time, and helps you select products rapidly. With the SCT, you will learn Huawei product knowledge quickly. Configuration Smart configuration wizard, automatic configuration verification, and configuration sharing simplify configuration, ensure correct configuration, and help you configure products rapidly. Quotation Simple quotation creation, intelligent discount setting, automatic price verification, and convenient quotation management help you create quotations easily. The SCT is a web tool issued by Huawei for the product configuartion and quotation. Compared with the eCFG, the SCT is a more convenient tool used to order Huawei products and learn knowledge of these products. With the SCT, you can rapidly get knowledge of Huawei products, easily create the BOQ and order products. In addition, you can also perform online smart product configuration.

How to Obtain SCT Access Permission If you have eCFG access permission, log in to the SCT using your W3 account. If you do not have eCFG access permission, visit to apply for the permission on required documents. For Huawei product managers Authent-ication For resellers If you do not have a Huawei account, visit to register an account. If you have a Huawei account, send your account name to the channel manager to apply for the SCT access permission. Apply for accounts and permission. Log in to the SCT. Visit the following website, and log in using your Huawei account. Note: You can also log in to the SCT as a guest by entering the verification code displayed on the page. You are advised to use terminals with the resolution of 1280 x The browsers supported by the SCT are Internet Explorer 8 or later, Firefox 11.0 or later, Safari 5.12 or later, and Chrome 19.0 or later. If you log in to the SCT from a web page as a guest, you can only learn product knowledge and simulate easy product configuration. If you get SCT access permission and log in with your account, all functions associated with your role are available.

After logging into the SCT, navigate through Product > IT > server. Use advanced search function to find the 2P rack server. Add the selected server to the shopping cart, enter the shopping cart, choose to buy the product, and to quote.

According to the guiding step to complete configuration and quotation To complete the product configuration On the displayed page, configure the quotation. During the configuration, configure the following from the top down: chassis selection, component configuration (including CPUs, DIMMs, and hard disks). Save the configurations, set discounts, and export or submit your quotation sheet.
