Integration Manual Integration - download a file to upload into your system of choice. Automatic Integration - have your IT department write a program to connect to Crisisworks and download the data. Crisisworks Scott Davey
27
Property Database Manual Upload - will use your existing property data as it’s currently uploaded into Crisisworks. Automatic Upload - have your IT department write a program to automatically update property information, using CSV or KML format. Vicmap - Can also utilise Vicmap address data (but check with your GIS officer first) Crisisworks Scott Davey
28
Form Customisation A once-off customisation service is provided. Any number of checkboxes can be added - the most complex we’ve seen to date has 9, but simpler is better! Each checkbox has wording which is provided in the CSV download, making it readily compatible with mail merge software. A free-text field is also provided to capture other field notes. Crisisworks Scott Davey
29
For your IT department Authenticated REST API for upload of property information and download of warnings and infringement letters. Use HTTPS to connect. API can speak either JSON and CSV. If using Vicmap property addresses, PR_PFI is used as the property reference number. If using Council property data, the key can be provided by Council. Geospatial projection is GDA94.
