The Company and its Objectives Innovative Technology Systems Inc. (ITS) a Kansas, USA based company has a biodiesel solution to fit the diverse needs of a biofuels producer from small laboratory and farm scale units up through integrated, modular systems scalable to 150,000 MT per annum or larger. The larger modules can be integrated with pre-treatment systems to allow utilization of bio-oils with varying quality and composition. Utilization of a ITS pre-treatment module ensures the oil used will produce EN14214 or ASTM D6751 specification biodiesel. The ITS biodiesel systems are powered by electricity which reduces process emissions, simplifying the permitting process and allowing the system to be installed and operated indoors. The ITS biodiesel modules have a sophisticated control system that can be operated locally at the panel or remotely in a control room or potentially at an offsite central control facility. The control system can optionally be integrated into an existing control system at a refiners facility. The modular fabrication reduces the time to delivery, install, and commission a biodiesel refinery, shortening the conventional construction period from 16-20 months to 9 months from the time of contract signing and receipt of deposit. The Management Team Mr. Harry Lukas, President and Chairman of the ITS group of Companies brings together forty-years of experience in management and restructuring of businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. A seasoned executive, with a proven track record for building value in companies by investing in an opportunity, and bringing together a management team that is able to deliver shareholder value and financial success. Mr. John Anderson, Chief Operating Officer has over twenty-years’ experience in high-level sales and marketing. He is a proactive leader with an outstanding track record managing and developing key accounts and maximizing profits for blue chip multinational companies. Mr. David Blythe, Chief Technical Officer has more than 29 years of professional experience in the power generation, and renewable fuels sectors. He has over twenty years’ experience managing engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance organizations at commercial nuclear facilities along with managing large, complex projects. In 2005 Mr. Blythe founded and was the developer of Beatrice Biodiesel, one of the largest and most technologically advanced biodiesel facilities in the world. Beyond developing the business with partners such as Cargill and CENEX, he was responsible for raising $70m of debt and equity to finance the project.. Slide 4

Worldwide Demand for Biodiesel Biodiesel Emerges as a Global Industry: The global market for biodiesel is entering a period of rapid, and transitional growth. Biofuel mandates in Europe and the United States have created strong demand for sustainable biofuel production. In the BRIC nations of Brazil, India and China, key government initiatives are spawning hundreds of new opportunities for feedstock development, biodiesel production, and export. In the year 2007, there were only 20 oil producing nations supplying the needs of over 200 nations. In 2012, more than 200 nations will become biodiesel producing nations and suppliers. The world is entering a new era of participation by emerging market nations in global green energy production for transport fuels. Biodiesel feedstock markets world-wide are in transition from increasingly expensive first generation feedstock's such as soy, rapeseed and palm oil to alternative, lower cost, non-food feedstock's such as Jatropha and Millettia. As a result, a surge in demand for alternative feedstock's is driving new growth opportunities in the sector. Biodiesel producers who are able to source oil from their own plantations will have a significant competitive advantage in the global marketplace. Slide 5

The ITS Solution Advanced Equipment for the Evolving Biofuels Market: ITS has re-defined the traditional biodiesel refinery and construction methods through the development of low cost, fast build modular refineries, which can use a sustainable supply of feedstock’s that are not subject to the same price pressure as food grade crops. The opportunity is to create biodiesel using sustainable and acceptable feedstock's in a low- cost process that can be easily expanded through modular add-on expansion. The use of our equipment will allow our clients to transition a biodiesel business away from traditional food- grade crops such as crude palm oil, rapeseed and soy, to jatropha, Millettia Pinnata, and Silver Leaf, through to algae and other sustainable and eco friendly future feedstock's. Our advanced equipment and additional value-added processes will enable our clients to develop a profitable business that will transition through the evolving biofuels industry. ITS is on the cutting edge of biofuel technology development, and is committed to developing solutions that create a competitive advantage. Slide 6

What we do ITS is an experienced project developer and biodiesel plant constructor. ITS can assist project owners with the development of a comprehensive project plan that will guide the development, financing, and decision making of the project. Each project plan is unique and needs to be tailored to the needs of the project owner. Slide 7

Equipment Advantages State of the Art Biodiesel Reactor Technology: Modular Biodiesel production system via continuous stream technology with two module sizes of 4,000 Kg and 8,000 Kg throughput per hour. Additional modules can be integrated to expand the capacity to match the feedstock availability. Our modular technology allows the equipment to be delivered in 6-months, and operational in 9-months. The Biodiesel produced complies with European EN 14214 and American ASTM D 6751 standards. Slide 8

Equipment Overview Feedstock Pre-treatment Systems: ITS can provide feedstock pre- treatment systems to process a wide variety and quality of biodiesel feedstocks. ITS offers two systems; a neutralization process for feedstocks with less than 5% Free Fatty Acids (FFA), and an esterification process for feedstocks with FFA levels between 5% and 50%. Slide 9

Biodiesel Processors The ITS biodiesel processors are fabricated in modules that simplify the installation and commissioning of the biodiesel facility. ITS biodiesel processors can be fabricated in different sizes to meet the specific needs of the biodiesel processing facility. The standard sizes are 4,000 litres/hour and 8,000 litres/per hour. Multiples of these processors can be configured to meet the feedstock and the fuel production needs and provide scalability by incorporating additional modules for increased capacity. The control system can be fabricated to control several processing units in parallel. Slide 10
11
Modular and Scalable Systems The ITS biodiesel processors are built to operate in a continuous mode 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with minimal maintenance. The system is designed to operate indoors. Below is a table showing the annual production capacity of different processor sizes and typical configurations. Calculations are based on 8,000 hours per annum (333 days). Slide 11
12
Farm Scale Biodiesel Refining Farm Scale Biodiesel processors: The Farm Scale Biodiesel processor is designed to produce high quality biodiesel on a small scale. The system can produce up to 250,000 gallons (945,000 litres per annum) and is designed to operate indoors. The Farm Scale system is ideal for a larger farming operation or a trucking fleet. Slide 12
13
Laboratory Biodiesel processing Lab Scale Biodiesel Processors: The Lab Scale Biodiesel processor is designed to produce biodiesel on a small scale. The system has a 50 litre oil reservoir, a 12 litre methanol reservoir, and a 30 litre settling reservoir with a throughput capacity of 10 litres a minute. The Lab Scale system is used to test new feedstocks at a larger biodiesel facility, in the laboratory or educational setting for research and development activities, or by a small producer who only needs to process a small volume of biodiesel on a daily or weekly basis. Slide 13

Feedstock Pre-treatment Systems ITS can provide feedstock pre-treatment systems to process a wide variety and quality of biodiesel feedstocks. ITS offers two systems; a neutralization process for feedstocks with less than 5% Free Fatty Acids (FFA), and an esterification process for feedstocks with FFA levels between 5% and 50%. The low FFA system is designed to refine crude oils with FFA levels less than 5% down to 1% or less which is required by the transesterification process, and remove phospholipids found in crude vegetable oils. The neutralization process uses Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) and a proprietary liquid catalyst to neutralize the FFA’s and remove the Phospholipids. The process produces a Soapstock product containing the refining by-products Slide 14
