You are responsible for the morale in your area.

Existing Areas for Sale Erie County, NY (Buffalo) Essex County, NJ Muskegon County, MI Tulsa County, OK (Tulsa) Fayette County, KY (Lexington) Garfield, Kingfisher, and Logan Counties in OK
9
Fees An existing territory (purchase of entire area from an LO) - $750 in transfer fees paid to the APA and pay the amount agreed upon with the selling League Operator. A portion of an existing area - $2,000 fee to be paid to the APA for software fees and pay the amount agreed upon with the selling League Operator. A brand new territory - $5,000 base franchise fee and a population fee of $100 for every 20,000 people in the territory. For example an area of 200,000 people would have a franchise fee of $6,000 in addition to the base fee.
