4 ObjectivesObjectives The purpose of the document is: – to provide the strategic formulation of an exclusive Bankassurance partnership a clear direction in building an IT platform supporting the mutual business goals – to ensure IT platform and development are in tandem with partnership expectations – To form part and parcel of the ultimate Bankassurance Agreement

5 Design Approach 1. To present the initial draft for discussion 2. To amend the document based on the inputs agreed by both business parties 3. To table system costing and resources required for the development 4. To be approved by both business parties and incorporated into final agreement 5. To develop a project plan with clear milestones and ownership when deliverables are to be expected 6. Engaging installations, developers and business users for project implementation
