2015 Drug Investigations – 3 Felony Heroin cases and arrests – Multiple THC cases and arrests – Won $4000 Traffic Equipment Grant 2014 Drug Investigation-Assist Local Business – Undercover investigation – 5 municipal citations – 3 criminal drug charges being sent to Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office 2014 Theft from Vehicles/Burglary – 3 individuals arrested – search warrant conducted – solved burglaries from 3 different municipalities – 24 charges sent to Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office 2013 Delivered a baby on Mother’s Day 2013 Drug Investigation – 5 people arrested for various drug felonies – 30 Felony charges sent to Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office

EPD Future 2017 Budget Stabilizes Future Staffing- 24/5 & 16/2 or cut current budget by up to $100,000 at no loss of service Specialized Training for Officers in addition to the yearly 24 hours needed to maintain certification Increased involvement with Community/kids

Open Door Policy- EPD is the direct link to the community. We confer with community officials and citizens to ensure optimum satisfaction with the quality of service Increase Community Presence Transparency – Village of Eagle Contact Form – Open Records – OPEN DOOR 2017 Budget decrease of up to $100,000 with no loss of services to the community Write for a minimum of 3 Grants per year

2016 Cost Comparison WSD – Eagle Contract $414,629 – Plus addition costs (OT, extra staffing, transcription, court clerk costs). This is an unknown amount WSD – Lisbon Contract $451,796- 1 st and 2 nd shift, 7 days a week (Same level of coverage as Eagle contract, but costs $37,167 more, due to the added cost of dedicated supervision) WSD – Merton Contract $158,728-1 shift 5 days $764.88 first 6 months of 2015 for transcription costs Eagle - $390,044 – All inclusive, there are no additional or unknown costs

In Conclusion On its face and not taking into account revenue, having your own Eagle PD already costs $24,585 less than a contract with WSD The 2017 budget may decrease up to $100,000, with NO LOSS of service to the community
