3. Mammals Definition:  A mammal is an animal that breathes air, has a backbone, and grows hair at some point during its life.  In addition, all female mammals have glands that can produce milk.  Mammals are among the most intelligent of all living creatures.

5. Mammals live in… all sorts of environments including the ocean, underground, and on land.

How we can see into the wild…  With a new technology called 360 degree cameras we can go into an animals habitat and see everything  360 cameras are cameras that are placed in the wild and allow us to see 360 degrees around  As you move the IPad around left to right, up and down the camera moves and shows you new things

7. Lets take a look… We are going to pass around the IPads and everyone can look at the animals habitats Today we will see elephants and lions

9. Human Affects on Habitats  Humans destroy a lot of mammals habitats by:  cutting down trees  polluting water sources  killing off food sources  This can be stopped if we use natural gases, recycled, and stop polluting the oceans.
