Piecemeal Option The report says that “piecemeal” changes are not an option.” Does this mean that farmers should not bother with small changes in their practices, or charities should not attempt piecemeal efforts to feed the hungry? Nothing less is required than a redesign of the whole food system to bring sustainability to the fore.” Did anybody design “the whole food system”? Can anybody redesign it?
