With the click of 1 button, a recording can be made and sent as an e-mail. There are 3 types of MailVu account: a) Free without signing up; b) Free account with sign-up and additional benefits; c) Business account.

Click on ‘Record’ button to begin presentation/recording. Click on ‘Stop’ button. Press ‘Play’ if you wish to review. Press ‘Send’ and fill out the Details boxes with your e mail and recipient’s e-mail plus subject info as necessary.

You can see the videos which have been sent to you as well. You can set the video to destroy itself after a certain number of viewings or days. When you make a recording, all the info. needed is on one screen; you can simply send the video.
