What is it? Now: The present situation. What is it? What needs changing? Why do you need to change it? Action: What you as the government will do. How you will do it? Who will do it? Then: your beautiful new world.

Proposition Given the action in the motion Mechanism gives options for action Now= Status quo Find a number of harms Show how they would change Find a lovely pretty new world How will your mech lead you to it?

Opposition Take a step back What info haven’t they given us? Pick up on the assertions Break the links they make
