3. EXTERNAL PARTS OF COMPUTER External Hardware : External describes a hardware device that is installed outside of the computer. For example, a printer (shown to the right) is an external device because it is connected to the back of the computer and is outside of the case. However, a video card is an internal device since it is found inside of the computer case.

4. 1) MONITOR The monitor is the display for a PC. 2) KEYBOARD The keyboard is the main way of typing on a PC. 3) MOUSE The mouse is the primary way of navigating a computer. 4) PRINTER The printer is computer hardware that will print anything written or created on a PC onto paper, whether it be text or photos. 5) COMPUTER CASING The computer casing is the housing for all the internal components of the PC.
