2. 2 JIRA TODAY in BE-CO Collaborative tool, used everywhere (HW + SW), from Development to Deployment An efficient, not offensive way to: – Assign tasks to CO experts (+ to EQ GP) – Manage Bug / New functionality for each project – Share technical info & progress among colleagues – Report progress to Operation Adopted by OP + by some EQP GPs – OP initially reluctant but extensive user now (mainly PSX + SPS) – EPC-CCS: 1920 issues in 2015 (more than OP-generated issues) Reasons for success – Easy GUI + access to up-to-date info – Collaborative – Integration with e-logbook BI Seminar 20 November 2015

3. 3 JIRA in BE-CO: a bit of history Used in many projects for years but – Usage limited to basic functionalities & software projects. – No sharing among teams. – Many reluctant persons First acceleration with ACCOR & 2014 dry-runs – 1 JIRA task per upgrade assigned to the expert & followed by MCC – Dry-run: 1 JIRA task per pre-requisite + 1 JIRA per test Second acceleration with Exploitation – Scope extended to all CO + EQ GP involved in controls – Some rules put in place to enforce JIRA usage – Essential tool for monitoring our controls’ health BI Seminar 20 November 2015
