26 Installation Requirements –Conferencing Manager Client and Conference Room components may be installed on either MetaFrame XP FR3 or MPS 3.0 –Guest Attendee Web Interface must be installed on an MPS 3.0 Web Interface Server –CO and ECO may be installed on any NT/2000 domain server ECO requires.NET 1.1 CMCM 3.0 will support both v5 and v6 licensing

27 Additional Guest Attendee Notes Requires creation of new domain global group –“Guest Attendee” group must be given permissions to CRoom, CMCM client and conference apps Host must provide guests with info to gain access to conference –URL to Guest Attendee Web Interface server –Conference ID - CaSe sEnSiTiVe –Guest ID (i.e. email address) –Name

28 New Add-in and Outlook Form Remember the following when upgrading the Add-in IMPORTANT:  First UNINSTALL the Add-in from version 2.0  Then INSTALL the Add-in for version 3.0 No Outlook security popup with v 3.0
