8. 8 New Issues and Work-Arounds Some (one?) Engineering staff (via personal laptop) view pipe infrastructure data through MyEncinitas. Also, some Engineering Firms have been told about the infrastructure data in MyEncinitas and (routinely?) view it. Compromise: Allow access to MyEncinitas version with pipe infrastructure data if static IP is on COE list.
