FCCLA stands for Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America FCCLA’s motto is Toward New Horizons FCCLA was founded in 1945 National Headquarters is in Reston, Virginia There are approximately 220,000 members nationally FCCLA has 53 State Associations (all states, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Washington D.C.)
