How We Used AET SAE Recordkeeping Hours Pictures Income / Expenses 20 – 30 minutes spent per week in class updating records into AET. Provides class time to talk with students about their SAE project. Effectively monitored student SAE progress.

Entering Students Into The System Simply copy and paste student names from a spreadsheet document and AET will load names and create usernames and passwords. Enter names manually as new students enter your class.

Setting Up “My Account” 1.Click My Account, FFA, and Personal Information. 2.Fill in all information and SAVE. 3.Click My Future Career, complete section. 4.Click My Educational Interests, complete section. 5.Click FFA Award Information, complete section. 6.Click My Ag Classes, choose current class. 7.Click Experience Manager (see next slide)
