LFP - ESPLOST  Ga DOE requires a current 5-Year LFP to authorize any projects.  Justifies State Entitlements- $9M anticipated for ESPLOST support  SCCPSS has $16.4M accumulated entitlements  LFP can be revised after State Approval for changes in the Plan  Successful execution of ESPLOST is dependent on an Approved LFP by June 30, 2008
