7 What DON’T We Do With Your Facility Specific Data? Share it with other facilities Share it with other partners Share it with AHRQ Share it with any other entity 7 From the program “Data Use Explanation” you reviewed when submitting your facility demographics forms: All data submitted to the NPT for AHRQ’s Safety Program for Ambulatory Surgery is stored in systems whose security complies with all industry standards regarding data protection. Access to your data is limited to staff from your facility that you have authorized and select members of the NPT. Every staff member from the NPT with access to your data has completed a confidentiality agreement that commits them to only using this data for the purposes described above.
