16. 16 Graduation and Dropout Reporting Task Checklist 1.Know the Timeline. 2.Review 2008, 2009, 2010 cohort summary reports in MSDS. 3.Review preliminary rates in the Grad/Dropout Review and Comment Application. 4.Verify all 2010 grads were reported in the EOY General Collection. Report omissions in SRM by August 31. 5.Submit summer grads by Sept. 28, 2010.
