3. OUR OBJECTIVES:  The first thing that we need to do is to gather data of all the Desnavis.  The second thing we need to do is to attract members to this club.  The third objective is to increase the young working member.  To increase & generate funds to help our cause.

4. OUR REQUIREMENT:  First & foremost we need to have a small office setup. (May be a room).  We need to have a computer operator who will work from 10am – 5pm.  We need to have a computer along with a printer.  We need to have a bulk texting software with lifetime License.  We need to have two SIM cards (Ufone & Zong).  Approx. cost for all these for two months will be Rs.30,000.  We need sponsors get these stuff for a trail period of 3 months.

PROPOSED ACTION PLAN: (First 30 Days)  Will hire one person whose sole responsibility is to make calls to all Desnavis from the existing directory to collect the specific & suggested information like:-  E-mail Mobile No of each Desnavi.  address of each Desnavi.  Employment information for Desnavis.  Any good or bad news from any Desnavi.  He will compile & organize all mobile no gathered in the first thirty days in a specific texting software.  He will have one dedicated no for sending text. This no. will be registered to DAP. (Desna Association of Pakistan).

6. PROPOSED ACTION PLAN: (Next 30 Days)  In the next thirty days he will than use the latest bulk texting software installed on his computer to send various information to all the Desnavis like:-  Marriage.  Death.  Birth.  All the Desnavis will be requested to send their info to a dedicated mobile no. registered to DAP (Desna Association of Pakistan).  This texting activity will give a feeling to all Desnavis that DAP is getting alive and showing some kind of activity.

7. PROPOSED ACTION PLAN: (Next 90 Days)  We will hire one more person to carry out the routine office work.  In the next three months we will be gathering more info through texting & e-mail that will be more convenient & cheap. Our target info will be:-  Doctors & their clinic address  Teachers & their institute  Businessmen & their business nature  Widows & Orphans of DAP  Less fortunate of DAP  More fortunate of DAP

8. BY THE END OF 2014:  In November we will organize one grand annual picnic (Kids will be focused).  By the end of 2014, we will be having at least 6 medium size meeting.  By the end of 2014, we will be able to pick at least 25 self-start worker.  We will upload all the new info on the web site.  By the end of 2014, we will nominate one Desnavi in USA, Canada & Saudi to generate funds for DAP.

9. IN THE YEAR 2015:  In Jan 2015 we will announce four committee:-  Committee for Info Service  Committee for Fund Service(I would suggest 2 team)  Committee for Marriage Service  Committee for Account Service  There will be a panel of four senior Desnavis who will head each of these four service committee.  Next year (2015) we will be giving all the Desnavis the facility to give the bio- data of the their son, daughter for getting a suitable mate.

10.  These information will be circulated to all Danavis from our own bulk texting software.  We will also allocate a sufficient fund for those families who can not afford to pay the hospital bills.  DAP will also help out those families who need support in shaadi & Jahez.  DAP will also organize free tuition & crash program for class IX & X students.  DAP will also form a Desna Cricket Eleven to participate inter-city tournaments.
